About Northfields United FC
Where it all started
Although 2019/20 was our first ever season competing in the Middlesex Youth League, many of our players have been with us for several years through their participation in our sister company, Footy Fun 4 Kids, Saturday and Sunday morning drop-in football sessions.
Northfields United FC was born from the desire to support players who wanted to progress into a more competitive game.
It’s bigger than football…
It’s also about developing the next generation to be great people. Northfields United FC is a community club steered by a committee of parents, coaches and club Chairman Chris Webb-Butler.
Each team is coached by a qualified FA coach and supported by a parent rep. Training takes place on Saturday’s in either at Blondin Park Sports Ground or at our Mervyn Road ground. Competitive matches are played most Sunday mornings both at home and away against teams in the Harrow Youth League and Harrow Soccer Combination.
As of the 2023/24 season we have two girls’only teams (U10s and U12s) who play their matches on a Saturday as part of the Capital Girls League.
The 2023/24 season has seen the club grow again from 22 teams last season to 29 teams across the age groups U7 to U14. Our vision is to continue to grow the club and continue striving to be the best youth football club in West London, developing young people to reach their full potential. We are immensely proud to be recognised as a FA Accredited Club.
