Chairman’s Message
Well done to all our players who have represented the club this season. We have been impressed with the way you have all conducted yourselves on and off the pitch, and we are super proud of the development we have seen across the board in terms of ability and mentality. A huge thank you to parents for supporting us, and also representing our core values each and every week. Our focus now turns to next season, to make the club even better for our members!
Trial Date Reminder
Trials for Season 23/24 are this Sunday the 11th June in Blondin Park at the following times (age groups relate to next season):
@ 9am to 10am – U8s
@ 10am to 11am – U9s and U10s
@ 11am to 12noon – U11s and U12s
@ 12noon to 1pm – U13s and U14s
Please arrive 5 mins prior to your session commencing, so we can kick off on time.
Registration for Next Season
1. The registration form for next season will go live for registrations on the 12th June – northfieldsunitedfc.com/player-registration
2. Please do not complete the form until the club have been in touch with you regarding your child’s place for next season.
3. Please also ensure that you read carefully all of the registration notes regarding the documentation you will need to upload as part of your registration so we can register your child with the Harrow Soccer Combination and the Harrow Youth League. It is very important you follow the instructions we have outlined ro ensure this is a smooth process for all.
Membership Fees for Next Season
Northfields United FC is a non-profit club. Fees include venue and equipment hire, a dedicated, qualified coach per team and fixture fees.
Membership fees:
£50 season membership fee, £50 new kit* fee, £345 training and match fees.
*New kit is only purchased every 2 seasons or when required through a new club shop.
Mandatory Saturday training times:
U7-U9s: 9am to 10am at Blondin Park
U10-U14s: 12.30pm to 1.30pm at Blondin Park
Optional additional age group specific midweek training will take place at Fielding Primary School but this is not included in your NUFC fees.
Payment schedule:
14th July – £50 NUFC membership fee due to NUFC account (child’s name as payment reference)
14th July – £50 kit fee and instalment 1 of £115 (£165 in total) due to FF4K account (child’s name as payment reference)
31st Oct – instalment 2 of £115 due to FF4K account (child’s name as payment reference)
31st Jan – instalment 3of £115 due to FF4K account (child’s name as payment reference)
All payment information will be available to view on the PLAYER REGISTRATION page of the website when it goes live on the 12th June.
Additional Midweek Training from September:
This will take place at Fielding Primary School and will commence from 12th September. Bookings will go live 17th July and places will be limited.
Tuesdays: U7s @ 6-7pm, U10s @ 7-8pm, U13/U14s @ 8-9pm
Wednesdays: U8s @ 6-7pm
Thursdays: U9s @ 6-7pm, U11s @ 7-8pm, U12s @ 8-9pm
First core training for the new season will be Saturday 9th September.
Kit for Next Season
We are in the process of finalisng all new playing kits for next season, which will be presented to all players in early September. Our new online club shop in partnership with Pro Direct will also go live in July for additional kit items such as training tops, tracksuit bottoms and winter jackets etc. More info to follow in due course.
A weekend of success at the Hanwell Town Tournament
Back at the end of April we took teams from U7-U12 to the Hanwell Town tournament. It turned out to be a great weekend for NUFC teams – two tournament wins for our U8s and U9s and our U11s and U12s both narrowly missing out on victory by losing on penalties in both their finals. Well done to everyone who played!
NUFC U6’s get off to a flying start
In other news to share, our U6s got off to a great start playing in their first festival tournament at Fulham FC’s Pre Academy on the 26th May.
